Ecowet is ideal for manual wet sanding of lacquered surfaces between coats, as well as for fixing defects in the lacquer. Ecowet is also suitable for removal of orange peel structure and for spot mark repair. The use of a sanding block is recommended, in order to obtain a smooth surface with a smooth sanding pattern. The soft and flexible Goldflex Soft has been developed for sanding profiled surfaces and irregular, difficult-to-reach details by hand. A high–technology micro product, produced by Mirka®, using innovative and energy-saving curing technology with a low carbon footprint. This film abrasive is mainly developed for spot repair, used at car plants in the finessing. Also used in the automotive refinish processes. The Polarstar SR is primarily designed for wet sanding, for correction of small painting defects and removal of dust particles in top coats and clear coats. Suitable for both machine and hand sanding. Grit range 3 micron (eqv. to 5000), 5 micron (eqv. to 3000), 7 micron (eqv. to 2500).

The ultimate single compound system. Polarshine® 10 is a medium coarse polishing compound especially designed for achieving the best result after sanding with Mirka's unique products. Polarshine® 10 is suitable for all paint systems and for polishing of scratch resistant clear coats. It is designed to keep the surface temperature low when polishing and it removes marks permanently. Polarshine® 10 is water-based and silicone-free and can be applied both by machine and by hand.

Polarshine® 5 is a unique polishing compound developed to give a superior high gloss finish on various paints and lacquers. Polarshine® 5 is a water-based, silicone-free polishing compound removing swirl marks on paints and clear coats, leaving a high gloss finish. The compound is also suitable for blending of old and new paint work.

Polarshine® Liquid wax is efficient and easy to work with. It gives a good finish and excellent results on dark color surfaces. Easy to clean up the residue. Leaves no color staining on paint finish.

The pad is made of premium wool fibers. The wool fibers are optimized to keep the performance on a high level for demanding use. An excellent result is achieved when using the pad in combination with Mirka Polarshine® compounds.

A reticulated flat foam pad for hologram removal gives an excellent finishing on both fresh and fully cured paint works. The good balance between elasticity and density in the foam contributes to the final result.

A polishing pad with medium density hardness and waffle shape. The durable reticulated foam has an excellent elasticity. The waffle shape has an optimized pattern which improves the cutting performance and reduces the surface temperature during the polishing process. Mirka® Ros 650CV(Central Vacuum) is a Pneumatic Random Orbital with a 5,0 orbit. When connecting the sander to a dust extraction system you are able to sand dust-free. This machine is developed for general sanding purposes on all kind of surfaces.

This orbital spot repair machine has a 32 mm backing pad. The tool can be used together with Polarstar SR finessing discs. The AOS 130NV tool with a 3 mm orbit is oscillating which results in a finer finish and an easier polishing process.

Os 383CV(Central Vacuum) is recommended for various applications, such as wood and body filler as well as primer and lacquer sanding. This Orbital Sander with the dimension of 70 x 198 mm is recommended to use on small and medium size areas. The 3.0 mm orbit guarantees a good surface finish.

An ergonomic sanding block with grip is sized to fit the hand.

This hand block is designed for general purposes and it is well suited for the needs of body shops. Mirka® Hand Sanding Blocks are specially designed for sanding by hand in combination with Mirka's revolutionary net-sanding products, although they can also be used with other grip abrasives. To ensure dust-free sanding the hand sanding block simply needs to be connected by hose to a dust extraction system. An ergonomic sanding block with grip is sized to fit the hand.
